Ingredients:
Beef Fillet | 400 | g | |
Red Chilli | 1 | ||
Garlic | 2 | cloves | chopped |
Anchovies | 2 | anchovies | chopped |
Olive Oil | 2 | tablespoons | |
Fennel | couple | sprigs | chopped |
Rosemary | few | sprigs | chopped |
Parsley | few | sprigs | chopped |
Oregano | few | sprigs | chopped |
Pita Bread | 4 |
Method:
1 . Chop up the herbs & chilli
2 . Chop in the anchovies
3 . Add a pinch of salt
4 . Pat the herbs onto the steak and another pinch of salt
5 . Drizzle with Olive Oil
6 . Cook on the braai until done
