Beef Fillet 400 g
Red Chilli 1
Garlic 2 cloves chopped
Anchovies 2 anchovies chopped
Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
Fennel couple sprigs chopped
Rosemary few sprigs chopped
Parsley few sprigs chopped
Oregano few sprigs chopped
Pita Bread 4

1 . Chop up the herbs & chilli
2 . Chop in the anchovies
3 . Add a pinch of salt
4 . Pat the herbs onto the steak and another pinch of salt
5 . Drizzle with Olive Oil
6 . Cook on the braai until done
