Traditional Christmas Pork, Sage & Onion Stuffing Recipe | Marco Pierre White,

Ingredients:
Unsalted Butter | 15 | g | |
Onion | 1 | ||
Vegetable Stock Cube | 1/2 | ||
Fresh Sage | 2 | tablespoons | |
Fresh Parsley | 1 | tablespoon | |
Breadcrumbs | 225 | g | |
Pork Sausage Meat | 450 | g |
Method:
1 . Preheat the oven to 180°C
2 . Chop the onions
3 . Chop the sages & parsley
4 . Remove the sausage meat from the skin
5 . Heat up a frying pan with butter and the stock cube
6 . Add the onion and sauté until soft
7 . Add the herbs
8 . When the stock has dissolved and the onion is soft transfer to a bowl
9 . Add the sausage meat and knead with your hands.
10 . Return to the pan (if oven proof)
11 . Place in the oven for 20-30 minutes
