Yet, more often than not when making a braai so many people just stick the meat on without any basting. Well baste-less braai no more, here is a simple way to sauce up your meat.

Apple Cider Vinegar | 1/2 | ||
Tomato Sauce | 1 | cup | |
Wholegrain Mustard | 2 | tablespoons | |
Worcestershire Sauce | 2 | tablespoons | |
Fresh Parsley | 1 | tablespoon | |
Chopped Garlic | 1 | tablespoon | |
Chopped Ginger | 1 | tablespoon |
Method:
1 . Chop up the herbs & garlic
2 . Briefly reduce the apple cider vineger in a pan
3 . Add everything else
4 . Pretty much done, now all that is left is to brush onto your meat.
