Written by A Maltese artist has created the longest chocolate train in the world.
The project which forms part of Brussels Chocolate week took 700 hours to make and is 34 meters long, making it the longest chocolate structure in the world while weighing in at 1360 kg’s.
There were no moulds used in manufacturing the chocolate train, each component was hand crafted and each with its own distinct characteristics. Part of the design is inspired by new Belgian trains while others by old train wagons.
