Thys Hattingh has been a very busy man since the disappointment of Zanzibar, his final MasterChef SA appearance.
The man famous for his pastry’s has hit the guest speaker circuit doing functions, team building, fund raisers, private patisserie classes and has a website which is hosting many of his recipes, Sweet Mafia.
In this first pilot episode Thys shows you how to make ice cream at home with vanilla and Crème de Cassis with some nice jingly music to accompany him. Naturally he wants to show you how to be a MasterChef in your own home.
