Jamie Oliver hands out some braai tips with his Steamed Mielies Recipe with Chilli & Goats Cheese.
The simplest of things can change a meal, its all in the flavour.
In this recipe we see the mielies being smoked and then coated with butter, chillies & cheese.

Steamed Mielies Braai Recipe with Chilli & Goats Cheese | Jamie Oliver
Serving: 4 | Prep: 10 min | Cooking: 25 min
Ingredients:
Red Chilli | 1 | ||
Goats Cheese | |||
Mielies | 4 | ||
Lime | 1 |
Method:
1 . Chop up the chilli
2 . Grate the goats cheese (you could also substitue with Parmesan)
3 . Steam the mielies with the husk on in a closed braai for 20 minnutes
4 . Once done cook on open braai for 5 minutes
5 . When done coat in butter and roll in chilli & grated goats cheese
6 . Drizzle with Lime Juice
