A Salmon Recipe cooked with cedar planks with a maple glaze.
Here is a very new way for you to cook salmon, on a board of cedar wood in the oven. Just the thought of it makes my nostrils twitch trying to pick up the scent.
You can also use the planks for cooing fish or meat on a braai, just use an indirect method of cooking.
If you can’t get hold of cedar you can use oak or any other option you can find. One that has been used to age wine in would be very handy.
If you cannot find any planks the maple glaze will still come in very handy.
