Five tips for avoiding crappy crêpe’s.

Making crêpe’s requires a delicate touch and here’s a few insider tips to get them prefect.

  1. Mix the batter in a blender, you want it as smooth as you can get it and you can’t over blend.
  2. Relax the gluten and rest the batter for 30 minutes.
  3. Use a non-stick pan
  4. Pour the batter in lightly and swirl as you go, don’t pour in too much
  5. Flip with your fingers when ready to turn
