This is another variation on a traditional Garlic Butter Prawns Recipe with the inclusion of Dijon Mustard and a good whack of Black Peppercorns.
We have made a slight modification to this recipe by substituting the mustard paste with the more common in these parts, Dijon Mustard. You could use Wholegrain or beef it up a bit with Hot English Mustard.

Garlic Butter Prawn Recipe with Mustard & Pepper |

Ingredients:
Prawns | 400 | g | shelled & deveined |
Butter | 250 | g | melted |
Garlic | 3 | cloves | crushed |
Dijon Mustard | 1 | teaspoon | chopped |
Black Peppercorns | cracked | ||
Salt | |||
Lemon Juice | tablespoon | ||
Fresh Parsley | handful |
Method:
1 . Heat the butter in a frying pan
2 . Add the chopped garlic (or garlic paste) and cook through
3 . Add the prawns
4 . Add the mustard, cracked pepper and a pinch of salt
5 . Cook for approximately 2 minute each way then add the lemon juice
6 . Garnish with parsley
