The next cook off on Dinner Divas is set to be a close one between Zirkie Schroeder and Candice Le Noury.
The judges come together at the 16 minute mark (for those of you that want to skip to the action)
Some of you might remember Candice from MasterChef SA where she got cut from the show in the episode two onion challenge.
Well Candice is back and pits her cooking skills against Zirkie Schroeder of Pink Polka Dot in a hotly contested show.
Two different personalities aim for the same thing, don’t buy ready made, make it yourself and have fun in the kitchen. However the fun seems to be missing from their portions and the judges agree.
One is sent home and she is not happy!
Candice Le Noury
I am Candice Le Noury, a vanilla-obsessed eater, baker and cook. I document my adventures in and out of my little Kenilworth kitchen on my blog, The Gorgeous Gourmet. By day I work with the KitchenAid brand, but after hours you’ll find me sharing my food creations with my amazing fiancé.
About my blog
“So often, when we are pressed for time or want to impress, we automatically head off to the shop and buy as many convenience meals and packs as we can find – believing the quality will be better than anything we can make at home, and it will be quicker and easier. I want to show people this isn’t always true. You can make your own pastry, desserts, and a fantastic meal for your guests or family – and still have enough time to spend with them at the table, enjoying the wonderful meal you’ve created. You can do it, don’t be scared.”
The Menu
Gruyere Crusted Fishcakes with Watercress Pesto
Chocolate Fondant with Honeycomb

My motto is: “Kosmaak is pret!”
About my blog
“Life is too short to eat tasteless or boring food. My blog, Pink Polka Dot Food is all about home cooked meals, prepared with love. It is a reflection of the meals and treats I make for my family every day.
With little effort and planning anyone can prepare delicious food. I work out weekly menus for our suppers and use seasonal ingredients. Food is tasted with the eyes before the tongue and so I believe it is important to dish up in a stylish way. My motto: ‘Have fun in the kitchen!’”
The Menu
Pork Fillet with a creamy tomato sauce
Judging this episode are Aubrey Ngcungama, Caro de Waal and Andrew Lieber, it is the first time they got together and got along like a house on fire!
It is understood that the producers had a couple hours worth of footage of the judges furiously debating the merits of each dish but alas as its a show about the bloggers most of it ended up on the editors floor.
