Brandon may be one of the younger contestants in the Top 18 but he is undoubtedly a force to be reckoned with. He is very interested in molecular gastronomy and enjoys experimenting in the kitchen, employing different cooking methods and unusual ingredients to make things like fruit caviar, but he also loves classic Italian food. With his a deep love for cooking, Brandon is very keen to watch and learn from the Judges and his fellow contestants, and he knows unequivocally that being a chef is what he wants to do.
As with most of the MasterChef contestants he fell in love with food from a very young age while watching the Food Channel.
Brandon believes he will win MasterChef as the majority of the other contestants have wives and children to go home to and because he is single he can devote himself entirely to food.
