Chicken Liver Salad Recipe | Michael Olivier

Ingredients:
Chicken Livers | 250 | g | |
Mild Curry Powder | 1 | teaspoon | |
Green Beans | 150 | g | |
Salad Leaves | |||
Cherry Tomatoes | few | ||
Red Wine Vinegar | 1 | tablespoon | |
Dijon Mustard | 1 | teaspoon | |
Olive Oil | 3 | tablespoons | |
Crushed Garlic | 1 | pinch | |
Salt & Pepper |
Method:
1 . Chop the ends off the beans
2 . Mix the red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, olive oil and crushed garlic together to make the dressing
3 . Season the chicken livers with salt & pepper and the mild curry powder
Cooking:
1 . Bring a pot of salted water to the boil
2 . Add the green beans and reduce heat, boil for approx 3 min, check packet
3 . Season the chicken livers with salt & pepper and the mild curry powder
4 . Heat up a frying pan with a little oil
5 . Add the chicken livers
6 . Cook for about 3 minutes turning halfway
7 . Prepare the salad ingredients in a bowl.
8 . Serve with the chicken livers
