Written by Episode Three of Ultimate Braai Master turns up the heat as the Braai Masters go 5 star!
It’s the third leg of South Africa’s first ever Ultimate Braai Master and the 12 remaining teams are living in luxury at the five-star Table Bay Hotel in the Mother City.
This hotel is known as the ‘best address in Cape Town’ and is the venue for the next challenge.

The Braai Masters enjoy some respite from the harsh conditions they have face so far and suit up for some 5 Star pampering
It does not last long however as they soon find themselves under the whip of Executive Chef Dallas Orr
After enjoying a five-star dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, teams are split into three groups the following morning.
They meet up with Executive Chef Dallas Orr and he teaches them the intricacies of his five-star menu in the demo kitchen.
Then it’s their turn to recreate the three-course meal of the night before, outside on the braai, for special guests at the hotel.
Under the watchful eyes of Chefs’ Marthinus and Bertus, teams soon feel the heat of Dallas’s kitchen and the pressure is on to deliver.
The next day four teams are sent into the elimination challenge in Franschhoek and in the end one team’s dream of winning the car, the cash and the title is shattered.
