If a pig had horns this title would read differently as Guy really took this challenge by the scruff of the neck
Despite having never made or eaten pigs ears before and only ever seeing a recipe for them while browsing through a magazine he went straight for them, ignoring the other options he had available.
This impressed the judges, they appreciated the way in which he was approaching the challenge.
While not getting it spot on he had done enough to see himself through to episode eight of MasterChef SA.
