How to braai prawns and managing the braai temperature

Matt Kemp gives a very quick lesson in how to braai prawns the proper way.

Pack the charcoal on one side of the braai so that you can control the temperature by moving them to another part of the braai if needed.

Lie the prawns at right angles to the grill lines, that way they won’t slip through if you are braaing with some smaller ones.

Prawns cook very quickly and they tell you when they are ready by turning orange.
