Garlic Butter Prawn Recipe with Mustard & Pepper

This is another variation on a traditional Garlic Butter Prawns Recipe with the inclusion of Dijon Mustard and a good whack of Black Peppercorns.

We have made a slight modification to this recipe by substituting the mustard paste with the more common in these parts, Dijon Mustard. You could use Wholegrain or beef it up a bit with Hot English Mustard.
