A De-constructed Chicken Curry Three Ways Recipe | Manisha Naidu | MasterChef

Manisha Naidu knocked the MasterChef judges off their feet with this Chicken Three Ways with Curry Sauce recipe.

If your chicken is becoming boring then you have no excuse now as Manisha Naidu takes you on an Indian journey with her Chicken Three Ways recipe. She shows us how simple it can be to bring variety to a single dish as she effectively produces three dishes on one plate using one chicken.

Now you do not need to replicate exactly what Manisha presented to the MasterChef judges, you can simply pick one and go with it. My personal favourite of the three are the drumsticks stuffed with spinach and spices. I like the dark meat on a chicken and it is always the juiciest and most tender. I also find that due to the density of the breast the flavour is not able to penetrate all the way through.

A degree of skill will be required when it comes to de-boning the chicken drumsticks and wings but you have to start somewhere and practice makes perfect.
