Big Mac Burger Recipe

Have you ever wondered how to make a Big Mac Burger, it is not easy to fully replicate primarily because yours is home-made as opposed to being a product of an industrial revolution.

This is one Big Mac Recipe that comes pretty close to replicating the famous burger, in fact some would say that it was better.

The key to replicating a Big Mac is the sauce and thanks to McDonald’s Canada who published a video revealing the ingredients that make up the Big Mac sauce, we have some idea as to what goes into it.

All that was left to do was to formulate the quantities and identify the ingredients that they conveniently left off not wanting to give too much away. Use an 80/20 split between beef and pork mince for your patties, the sauce will be enough to make 6-8 Big Mac’s.

The best replica recipe we have found on You Tube is by Ballistic BBQ

Whatever the results that you get we can be assured of one thing, it will taste better than the original… your food always does… doesn’t it?
