Get busy on the braai with this Chilli & Garlic Prawn Skewers recipe from the Aussie Griller.
If you do not want this recipe to be too hot, de-seed the chillies before you blitz them with the ginger and lime juice.
The prawns can be served as a starter or main.
1 . Blitz the lime juice, chillies, garlic, ginger and a pinch of salt and drizzle of olive oil
2 . Brush the paste onto the prawns
3 . Chill for 30 minutes
4 . Thread onto your skewers.
5 . Cook on the braai, about 2-3 minutes turning halfway
