Amanda popped the popcorn then she infused some cream before poaching the mussels in it.
Pete did not say much at the time but the judges decided that Amanda’s dish was good enough to go through to the Top 25 and the Big Breakfast challenge.
They made Amanda wait however as she was one of the last four to get the news with only two places remaining and drew a huge sigh of relief when she realised she had made it through.
