Jamie Oliver swaps the kitchen for the barbecue and a Bay Salt Prawns Recipe.
He goes a slightly unconventional route by bashing up a few bay leaves in a pest and mortar with salt to create bay salt. You can use this method with a whole variety of herbs and salt not just for prawns but any meat of fish.
Skewer the prawns and then rub the bay salt on to them.
Pop them onto the braai, drizzle with lemon juice, about a minute each way and they will be ready.
Serve with a light salad.
